Join us on April 9th at 11:30 CEST for an insightful event taking place both in-person at the Auditorium of the Museu de Ciències Naturals de Barcelona and online. Organized by Nautilos in collaboration with experts from EurOcean, the Institute of Information Science and Technologies (ISTI) of the National Research Council (CNR), EMODnet, EuroGOOS, ETT SpA, and CSIC, this event delves into the pivotal role of continuous ocean observation across three main themes:
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Discover how ocean data empowers sustainable resource management and drives the blue economy. Gain insights into effective data integration strategies.
- Public-Private Synergy: Explore collaborative efforts between sectors for ongoing ocean observation and the promotion of blue growth.
- Global Collaboration: Share best practices and technological advancements fostering international cooperation in ocean observation. These principles align closely with the core message of the 3rd Nautilos Policy Brief titled “Beyond the Climate Change: Sustained Observation in Support of the Blue Economy,” set to launch during the event.
For those unable to attend in person, fret not! The event will be livestreamed on our YouTube channel here and available for viewing later.
During the event we will unveil the 3rd Nautilos Policy Brief entitled “Sustained observation for the blue economy“
Additionally, don’t miss the opportunity to learn more about the Nautilos project by visiting us at booth 26 in the exhibition area at the Barcelona International Convention Centre (CCIB), alongside other #AllAtlantic projects, during the 24 Ocean Decade Conference.
