Dr Giuseppe Suaria from CNR-ISMAR participated on 30/5/2024 in an online expert panel organized during the 2024 EU Green Week. The event was the 3rd REMEDIES and UPSTREAM Horizon Cluster Meeting entitled: “Microplastic in our waters: Are we losing the battle?”. The EU Green Week is part of a wider communication campaign dedicated to the topic of water resilience, while the projects UPSTREAM and REMEDIES are part of the EU Mission “Restore our Ocean and Waters” with a 2030 target to protect and restore the health of our ocean and waters through research and innovation, citizen engagement and blue investments.
