Silvia Merlino from CNR-ISMAR participated to the 11th Workshop on Volcanic Lakes at Sao Miguel Island, Azores, Portugal, from 1 to 5 September 2023, presenting the results obtained with intelligent drifters developed within the NAUTILOS project and their possible application in confined waters, as lakes. Volcanic lakes are perfect test sites for this kind of remote sensing devices.
